Clan history:
After the unfortunate events of the massacre of the Tsuyoi-hito more than just one tsuyoi-hito survived, his name was Robaato Tsuyoi-hito. After escaping Kusagakure he fled to the forests just outside the village but hid himself in the foliage to leave unnoticed. Robaato excelled at taijutsu and used his special eyes to anticipate his opponents jutsu so he could accurately dodge and counter his enemy. After years of training on his taijutsu in the forests his special eyes seemed to adapt to his fighting style, one day he travelled back to Kusagakure and met a beautiful woman of the Kakkōii clan. After settling back in he had 2 children (both boys). When 4 years had passed his children exceeded his fathers expectations and activated their 'new' eyes. Robaato noticed something astonishing, his children had developed a new sort of eye that combined the mother's 'Nagai kinshi' ability and his 'special eyes' to a new mix that could detect the chakra pathway system, and could slow down time but leave the user in normal time. Two months after this discovery one of the boys named Joferii passed away to an unknown disease, a week after that the parents caught this terrible disease and passed away too. Yet when the other child caught it he seemed to fight it off. That boy's name was Neesan, he created the last name in memory of his fathers love for taijutsu. 

Unique traits:
All members have blonde hair and blue eyes.
All members have wind chakra nature except Neesan who has a lightning nature
All members activate their special eye unique to their clan at 5 years of age, its name is Kyūmei-me meaning Life saving eye.

Rules:
1) Do not attack any members from the Kakkōii clan, if done so the punishment is being a punching dummy for one of the Kakkōii's training sessions.
2) Do not act stupid or weak around other clans, if done so the punishment is one hour of behavior correction lessons.
3) Always try your hardest in the academy, if you are found slacking off you will seem idiotic, punishment is a five minute beating.
