True ^ And if you're really skilled without having any special powers, you could probably easily take down someone with a Legendary Weapon or KG. Note: really skilled, not I think I'm really skilled.

I agree, if someone trained really hard they would be able to take down someone with a KG who hasnt trained as hard, but if the person with the KG has trained as hard as the other person and their at the same skill level the person with the KG would win.
