Summoning Justsu/type people?

I understand that tailed beasts would bring unbalance.... does this mean that creatures that can be summoned would also not make an appearance? As i see it the summonable beasts/animals/whatever are a huge power to people who control them and might be op but this can be balanced out by setting limits.... I guess this is more of a suggestion.... Please inform me if this needs to be moved..

That would be stronk. But I guess if you were in control of them it would be difficult to complain.

Js august 10th 2014, anyways i believe summons arn't going to be in the game, i think the only summons what could possibly happen are mounts.
