In Game Cosmetic Purchases

I have been thinking about things that you could buy in game, the development team said that there would be in game purchases that only are cosmetic, and don't effect gameplay. Here are a few ideas I had, feel free to post your own.

Different Colored Fire (Blue, Purple, Green etc)

Different Colored Lightning - Darui and Sasuke can use Black Lightning which would make a cool cosmetic item.

Visible Chakra - In episode 366, Hashirama and Tobirama both worked up their chakra to a visible level, and it was colored. In game, you could do this for 15 seconds or so, and choose which color you want. 

Blood Water - When activated, a water style user's jutsu would instead use blood.

Luffys Hat
Goku's uniform
Bruce Lee's Blk/ Yellow jumpsuit
Bleach cpt uniform
Orochimaru/ Sasuke's Purple Rope waist Tie
Kabuto's Glasses
 Ninja gaiden Mask
dbz scouter
 Dr. Dooms Mask
The Joker Face Paint

I know these might not happen but just a thought i had just to make player look "cool" hue

As for realistic stuff, how about face paint/ tattoos based off the anime(s) or chakra that materializes that makes it looks like snow flakes of fire, water or lightning .

Not to rain on your parade but using copyrighted stuff like without permission is a one-way ticket to a cease-and-desist that'll end this game.

There should be loads of random cool character skin items. Like you could have bandages put on, and sunglasses, and just a load of things to separate you from the other players without jumping too far out of the Shinobi Life Online universe.

I would say that I want all cosmetics to be buyable with standard SLO currency, albeit for far more than with actual money. So players can buy expensive ass cosmetic bling and also paint jobs/skins for weapons and gear, like every color of camo and abstract prints under the sun, faster if they're willing to pay money.
