Length of fights?

In naruto some fights last multiple episodes where you can clearly tell at least an hr or 2 has gone by in showtime.  Obviously if we are more skilled we should be able to easily defeat our opponents within 5 mins but if we come across someone as good as us is it possible for the fight to last say around 20 mins? or would both players be out of chakra/ hp(unless they are a skilled evader)

I think they're would be out of chakra. A 20 mins fight is kinda much, is aproximately as much as a short match of LoL.

and if they both sege?they would have unlimited chakra.
a fight like that could last long but eventualy some one is going to make a small mistake wich will end it.

There are many factors that will decide the outcome of a battle. E.g. chakra nature, weapons, stats etc.
There is no way you could tell how long a fight could last. But I'm positive that a balanced fight can take even more than 20 minutes. And you can avoid running out of chakra, it all depends on how smart you plan your battle and use your jutsu.

How hard is it to hit your moves on other players? From the demo it seems like if everybody is moving with that much speed, it will be near impossible to hit your moves.

I noticed this as well, perhaps a lock-on system could be created. However, I know some people are entirely against that. :/

The speed you see in the current test versions are only for top shinobi. And you'll drain your chakra if you run that fast in a battle. Also, if we still see that it's hard to hit players then we'll slow down the limit.
