I have a suggestion about the last name. If the name of the clan is going to be your last name and you're the leader of the clan, you should can invite friends who haven't an account yet to join it, so, from the first second that they're gonna play Shinobi Life Online will have a last name, of course, only if they want to.
P.S: Sorry for my bad english, I hope you understood what I wanted to say.

They can simply chose the same last name as you at character creation. Thus they'd become part of your clan.

It wouldn't be that fair because, if there's gonna be a Kekkei Genkai clan all the newbies would join that clan, it should be put an option at the character creation like "Do you want to join a clan?" and if you press ok or yes, you'll gonna be redirected to a random clan.

That's not how it works. To join a Kekkei Genkai clan you'll have to awaken the respective Kekkei Genkai beforehand. Once you've awakened it your last name changes to match the name of the clan that possesses the respective KG.

That's not how it works. To join a Kekkei Genkai clan you'll have to awaken the respective Kekkei Genkai beforehand. Once you've awakened it your last name changes to match the name of the clan that possesses the respective KG.

We might actually make it so that we reveal the KG later on in a way where being part of a KG clan only requires having a DNA code. So you can use a DNA code, and eventually not awaken a KG since that also happens (see Sharingan) and still remain part of clan (as a failure lol).
