So does this mean Tobirama is faster and has a more efficient space-time ninjutsu than Minato?

Also sensors being able to sense Amaterasu before it happens has been reconfirmed if it wasn't already by Nagato during the Itachi and Nagato vs Killer Bee and Naruto fight.
