but isnt this gonna be difficult if we hv a clan name tht someone eles dont hv doesnt tht mean we cant join a clan and we hv to know what clans to pick before we start the game so we will hv the same last name to join a clan?

If your last name is the first of it's kind, you just become the founder of that clan. So say a guy puts a random name like: Kabuto Yakushi (just a random example) and there's noone in the game that has Yakushi as their last name, he just created the Yakushi clan. All those who will chose Yakushi as their last name will be automatically assigned to that clan.

nice idea but what if no one has the same names (ik this is rare but still) what about every players in the game dont hv the same last names what happnes then does tht mean tht u cant join any clans and be a soloist with a party or so, and is tht where a organization like akatsuski come in

The way I see it, if you want to create a clan instead of joining an existing one you already have some friends ready to join yours.
