A Question About Character Customization

I've heard a great deal about customization in the Shinobi Life Online world. When creating our characters, will we be able to use certain features similar to those included in Hapuriainen's Naruto character creator that ZetsuusteZ recommended in the Shinobi Life Online Character thread? Or will the characters not be completely customizable?
