Favorite Naruto Villain

Never actually thought about my favorite villain, but I guess I'll have to go with Itachi and Obito.

and Orichimaru because he's crazy cool

I don't see Itachi as a Villain, he is more of a victim to chose between dis-ownership or living life with guilt and regret, disowned from the village for defiance or kill his entire family tree. But other than that I would choose Konan, but even then I don't really see her as a Villain but I cbf posting my excuse why.

I agree, if anything he was forced by the Leaf Village to become a 'Villain'
Konan was influenced by her love for both Nagato and Yahiko, she believed that Yahiko's dreams and will lived on in Nagato and she would do anything to make those dreams come true, even if it meant being a member of the Akatsuki.

Why is Itachi first??
Orochimaru is the only true villain of this anime. All the others just seek peace while he has just his own selfish goals.

Idk, I don't think you get what I mean. A villain is defined by his actions not his status. I don't say that they don't deserve their name there, but tehnically, they aren't villains. All members of the Akatsuki seeked peace. With Madara there is no difference, he also seeks peace. He thinks he's doing a good thing. Again Kishi didn't do a great job creating most of his villains. I mean the characters are cool, but really, he screws even his good developed villains aka Oro, Zabuza and chunin exams Gaara by turning them good. Zabuza is done for, but at least I hope Oro doesn't dissapoint me and goes to that battlefield somehow becoming the final villain. I mean just think about it, Oro takes Obito's current body, he gets Sharingan and Rinnegan (althought Obito's MS is kinda useless atm), Juubi chakra, that black thing that can cancel ninjutsu, plus all the jutus and kinjutsus he knows, maybe even snake sage mode. Pure epicness.

Don't even get me started with the Oro wannabe, aka Kabuto.
PS: Think about it like this, do you consider the Edo revived kages villains? No right? But they fought against the Shinobi Alliance. Does that make them villains ? I don't think so.

I know what you say but there can be other points of view like:

They were forced to do that while Itachi chose to join Akatsuki which was fighting against the village... (This is what I can't understand... why he joinned against Konoha while he sacrificed his clan and himself for to protect it...)

Yeah but Itachi was arguably forced too. In fact he joined the Akatsuki to keep an eye on them from the inside. He sacrificed his life so he could protect the two things that he loved the most in his life: his village and his brother. And, at least for me this makes he more of a hero than a villain.
But of course there can be others points of view.
