Jutsu Name: Ice Weapon Jutsu

Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu

Jutsu Description: It is achieved by first controling water which has 5 to 50 times more volume than the desired weapon. User has to be extremely skilled at Water release to then condense all that water in to the size and shape of desired weapon. Then he uses Wind release to cool that water below 0°C to turn it in to ice. Because this ice is created from not normal, but super condensed water. It makes extremely hard and durable weapons.
This jutsu can also be achieved by combined effort of a 1 Water release and 1 Wind release user.

Jutsu Level: Expert

Chakra Nature: Water release + Wind release (Technically you don't need Ice release for this, you only need both Wind and Water)

Jutsu Range: Melee(weapon can only be created right by the user)

Effects if hit: This jutsu allows user to create any kind of weapon made out of super hard ice out of thin air.

Jutsu Name: Ice Armor Jutsu

Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu & Kinjutsu & Secret jutsu

Jutsu Description: This is an advanced version of Ice weapon jutsu. Insted of weapon shape, super condensed water is shaped in to armor pieces and wraped around user's body. Then it is cooled. Problem is.. that after cooling, many people have stayed frozen solid. Killing themselves with their own jutsu. That is why this jutsu has been forbidden.
But this jutsu is still usable by Kakai Genkai Ice Release user. Who is easily capable of adjusting armor not to freeze himself and also controling ice in order to change/upgrade/repair armor in a middle of a fight.
The Village Hidden by Snow has kept this jutsu a secret. Waiting for it's Ice release user who can unleash it's true power.

Jutsu Description: After forming the correct handseals, the user will coat lava over themself in a layer. This will protect them from oncoming taijutsu, and increase their physical attack damage due to the lava assisting their taijutsu.

Jutsu Description: After forming the handseals, the user spews lava onto the surrounding ground, up to 60 yards out, creating a dangerous field of lava. The user has a small area similar to the eye of the storm around him. For 1 foot out on all sides, the ground around them is safe.

Village Hidden in the Snow (Yukigakure) Kenkkai Genkais-

Jutsu Name: Divine Ice Reptile (Kami no kōri no hachūrui, 神の氷の爬虫類)
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu
Jutsu Description: Creates a very small ice dragon that attacks one enemy. Shatters upon impact. Once it shatters, the user of this skill can also use the Monkey and Rat hand seal to explode; This can only be used by someone who is Intermediate and up. This dragon slowly gets bigger with each level, but at Mastery, this dragon now has wings and won't shatter unless a stronger elemental attack is used on it. The dragon can spit out water and blow massive wind at a target. If an enemy uses a melee technique or is close to the dragon, they will get frost bites. Last two descriptive sentences about the dragon can only be done at mastery.

Jutsu Name: Ice Hominoidea
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu
Jutsu Description: User creates a giant 3 headed ice ape that destroys everything in it's path. This jutsu requires massive chakra, and after summoned it slowly takes chakra from the user. When at mastery level, the user can separate the heads, giving the apes their own body.
Left head- Wind (Expert & Mastery) This throws strong winds at an enemy blowing them away.
Right head- Water (Expert & Mastery) This doesn't shoot water at the enemy, takes away water from them. This slowly takes away all fluids in ones body almost killing them.
Middle- Ice (Mastery) Shoots out multiple ice swords (similar to Kusanagi) The swords explode when they hit anything, even allies.
Jutsu Level: Expert

Jutsu Name: Discerning Snow (Menokoeta yuki, 目の肥えた雪)
Jutsu Type: Sensory
Jutsu Description: This justsu makes snowfall in a specific area. When touched by the snow, an enemy will turn red and an ally will turn blue. This makes it easier for someone with this Kekkai Genkai to easily find opponents, even if they're in disguise, hiding, etc. If wanted to, the user of this skill can use the Seal of confrontation to make the snow on the enemy get small frosts bites.

Blaze Release
Jutsu Name: Vulcan's Cave (Barukan no dōkutsu,バルカンの洞窟)
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu
Jutsu Description: Any enemy in the range of the jutsu will be trapped in a black colored sphere made up of fire that brings them up the the air. Ex: X. The temperature of the fire relentlessly increases and takes away Oxygen from that enemy until they die. If the jutsu is canceled, it takes 15 seconds to use the jutsu again.
Jutsu Level: Mastery
Chakra Nature: Blaze Release

Effects if hit: Enemy can pass out or die.


Jutsu Name: Poseidon's palm
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu
Jutsu Description: This jutsu is similar to the rasengan, except it is made out of water. X Once it hits an enemy, that enemy will be electrocuted and paralyzed for 5 seconds. If fast enough within the 5 seconds and is experienced with fuuinjutsu, by using six hand signs (Bird, Dragon,Hare, Snake, Ram,Bird), A large portion of that enemy's chakra will be sealed away.

Jutsu Name: Gaia's Penalty

Jutsu Description: Creates an earth dome around any enemy within a range. The earth dome will be filled with water and slowly drowns the user. A tree will also be grown within the dome filling in all spaces. The earth dome will break once there is no more space in it causing the tree to fully grow.

Jutsu Description: User attacks enemy with both fire and water. Once the water vaporizes, the user uses the chakra within it and vaporizes their skin causing them long afflicting pain.

Since I'm going to be from the Hidden Ash I decided to make some Scorch Release Jutsu

Jutsu Name: Scorch Release: Simmering Fury
Jutsu Description: The user releases a huge amount of boiling hot steam form their mouths, the steam scorches anything in its sight. The jutsu acts like a Fire Ball but spreads out more.

Jutsu Name: Scorch Release: Boiling Terror
Jutsu Description: The user's arm begins to emit a liquid from every pore on their skin, this liquid boils on contact with the oxygen in the air making the user's arm bubble with heat. The user can then approach the enemy and simply touch them with this boiling arm to melt their skin/clothing on contact.

Jutsu Name: Teleportation (Flash step)
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu
Jutsu Description: This jutsu allows you to teleport to a area that you marked.
Jutsu Level:Intermediate,Expert,Master ( the reason for the 3 levels is for the upgrades of the jutsu, the higher the level. the more increased range you can use.)
Chakra Nature: Any
Jutsu Range:Large
Effects if hit:Player is moved from there current standpoint to the location of the mark. For the jutsu to work, they must not be hit while doing the hand seals or such. If the user is hit while performing the jutsu it does not stop the teleportation but rather moves them away from the original location depending on the damage increases the distance.

Number of hand seals= 5-10 depending on level.
