YUKIGAKURE SPECIAL
Presenting five jutsus that are performed especially by shinobis of The Hidden Snow. They are in the order D(Beginner), C(Novice), B(intermediate), A(Expert) and S(master) levels.

NINJA ART: Ice Cold Touch
Jutsu Type: Nin-Taijutsu
Jutsu Description:
#1: if castor is a wind/water style user, cold weather is required (freezing temperature). The castor accumulates chakra on which ever part of the body he is using to attack and brings down the temperature around that bodypart, making it severely cold.
#2: if castor is an ice release user, he can perform this in any weather or climate.
Jutsu Level: D (beginner)
Chakra Nature: Wind,Water, or Ice
Jutsu Range:Melee
Effects if hit: The opponent can be taken by surprise with such cold attacks. Multiple hits at same spot may lead to blood clot.


Ice Release: Field of dry frost
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu
Jutsu Description:Castor produces a wave of frost which covers an area of 502815 square metres (400 meters radius) with a dry frosty layer.
Jutsu Level: C (novice)
Chakra Nature: Ice
Jutsu Range: long
Effects if hit: none. It just makes a dry freezing area around the user.


Ice Release: Frozen Droplets of Death
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu
Jutsu Description:The Castor freezes the atmospheric moisture into tiny and sharp droplets.
Jutsu Level: B (intermediate)
Chakra Nature: Ice
Jutsu Range: medium to long
Effects if hit: The droplets fall with quite force on the enemy, burying him underneath. It also pierces the enemy as it collided with him due to its sharp edge


Blood Freeze Jutsu
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu
Jutsu Description: On activation a special chakra aura surrounds the hands of the castor and can freeze blood on contact
Jutsu Level: A (Expert)
Chakra Nature: Ice
Jutsu Range: melee
Effects if hit: An open bloody wound is required for this jutsu to work. The castor charges at the wounded enemy (pretty much like Rasengan or chidori)  and plants his palm on the open wound or the surrounding blood. As long as the blood is connected to the circulatory system, this technique will freeze the blood in the body, which could be fatal if completed as it requires 12 seconds to freeze all the blood in the body and hence takes time.


Heart Freeze Jutsu
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu
Jutsu Description:similar to Blood freeze Jutsu, except that no direct contact with blood is required and here the heart is frozen with as well as without the help of the opponent's blood The castor just has to press his palm against the opponent's body
Jutsu Level:S (master)
Chakra Nature: Ice
Jutsu Range: melee
Effects if hit:Wherever The opponent gets hit, blood starts to freeze from that point and travels towards the heart, freezing it. A direct hit to heart will also cause the same damage, i.e instant death.

Clone Jutsu!
Heres one that I think everyone would like
Jutsu Name: Clone Jutsu

Jutsu Type:Ninjutsu

Jutsu Description: Its the basics, you can create clones of yourself to fight for you, or fight with you.
Using your chakra nature you can create different clones, such as:

-Water Clones (Dissolve into water when attacked)
- Petrified Rock/Stone Clones (Earth)
-Lightning Clones (Dissolve into lightning when attacked)
-Ash/Fire Clones (Fire, Dissolve into ash or fire when attacked)
-Dust/Shadow Clones (Wind style clones, poof out of existence like naruto's clones once they are hit)
Clones dissolve after being hit once, if you are an expert they will be able to take more hits. The more clones you create the weaker they will be, meaning the less amount of hits or damage they can take.


-You can order your clones to follow you, Stay back, Fight an enemy while you run, Follow an enemy

-You can also switch into a different clone to make it user controlled like the "spectators mode when you die in SLO".Though this may leave your original self at a disadvantage.

-(Maybe) You can also switch originals, meaning that once you control a certain clones you may choose to make that one your original character though I wouldn't really include this.

-When a clone dies tailing or doing something you may be in spectate mode to see what they have experienced/learned.

-Another thing you can do is choose for them to protect a teammate or a certain person, and the clone should follow them around and if the specific person starts attacking someone, or is being attacked by someone than the clone will aid them in battle by attacking the enemy. You can choose to control the clone in spectate mode or let it be controlled by a CPU, but you must give it an official command :)

-Another maybe idea: You can keep tabs on a certain clone by putting in a mini window in the top right corner to see your clones view and pick which clone you want to view from such as "Clone 1, Clone 2, etc." while its being controlled by a CPU. The mini window would show your clones experience while you,the original, are controlling your own character. And by clicking the mini window, it would expand to full screen and you could take control of that clone, or keep spectating if you choose to. I haven't thought up a way to control both the clone and original at the same time but I'm working on it.

Jutsu Level: Beginners can only create 2 clones. Intermediates can create 6. Masters an create 14 or more. Experts may choose the number of clones they want to produce.

Chakra Nature:Any

Jutsu Range:Depends on the abilities you use, the clones may also use basic jutsu such as (chidori, Earth Dome, Fire breath, and Windbullet but may not be that powerful and may only be able to take a small amount of damage before they die.) Melee, long range, etc.

Effects if hit: Clones strength are determined by the level of the caster and the number of clones made. (For example an expert's clones will be stronger than an intermediate's clones)

-The Jutsu is all about summoning different animals. These animals can include (Dogs, Wolves,Cats, Chickens, Birds, Tigers, Frogs, Fish) and such(My personal favorite are dolphins)

-You can summon an animal and have them tail an enemy or give them a certain command. Commands include tailing, Attacking, Following, Staying, and Protecting

-The Protection command would work as such, just have them protect someone and if that person is attacked or starts attacking another person the animal will attack them too.

-You can spectate the animal in a spectator's mode and you can even take control of the animal. Taking control of the animal through a spectator's window.

-The spectator's window should be small and minimized at the top right corner of the ingame screen so that you can watch the animal's experience and viewpoint while controlling your character. But when clicked on, the window should enlarge and the castor may have the option to simply watch or take control of the animal at any time.

-It is possible to summon more than one animal and more than one different type of animal but you can only view from one animal at a time. Different animals may have different windows.

-You can switch between which animal's viewpoint you can see. For example: I have summoned 2 ninja dogs to tail an enemy, and One chicken. While I can see two windows, one window which is the chicken's and the other is one of the dogs. The dog's window should have an arrow allowing me to switch between the first or second dog. You can switch which animal to spectate while the window is minimized.

-For the tailing option I suggest that if CPU controls the animal then it should stay a number of feet away at all times, maybe the caster can set this when he summons the animal by saying it in a text option or so. And lets say a dog is tailing me, to ensure a better chance of mission success the dog should have some kind of movements that make it hard for the players to see.

-Of course there is always a chance the player being tailed or attacked will notice the animal doing your bidding and will attack the animal or use his knowledge to his advantage. 

Jutsu Level:
Beginners may choose one animal to start out summoning with. And they can only summon 1 or 2 of that animal after they have signed a blood contract with it.

Novice may summon 4 animals and summon 2 different species which may have more abilities, the abilities of the animals grow in correspondence with the caster's ability/level.

Intermediates can summon 6 animals and, they can summon 3 different species of animals at the same time.

Master's may summon 7 animals and can summon 4 different species. Meaning there should be four windows. One on each corner.

Experts may summon as many animals as they choose and may summon more than 5 different animals. There should be one window in each corner with a response to replace one of the windows. For ex: If I'm an expert and I summoned A Frog, Dog, Bird, Fish, and a wolf. I could only see 4 windows at a time meaning, I could only see the first four animals that I summoned which are the frog,dog,bird, and fish. After summoning the wolf, I can't see it but there wud be an option to replace one of the windows with the Wolf's window. 
 
You can also change the animal's command while in spectate mode or while your in mini window spectate mode. You can specialize a certain number animal to a certain command, for example: If I summoned 2 dogs, I may order one of them to tail someone while the other stays behind and follows me. This works by utilizing cmmands in spectate mode or in mini window spectate mode, you can switch to Dog #1 and command them to tail an opponent, and then switch spectate mode to Dog #2 and command it to stay back, or follow you.

Chakra Nature:Any

Jutsu Range:Depends on what type of animal you have, and the animal's abilities.

Effects if hit: The stronger the caster, the stronger the animal's hits will be.

-You can switch between which animal's viewpoint you can see. For example: I have summoned 2 ninja dogs to tail an enemy, and One chicken. While I can see two windows, one window which is the chicken's and the other is one of the dogs. The dog's window should have an arrow allowing me to switch between the first or second dog. You can switch which animal to spectate while the window is minimized.

-For the tailing option I suggest that if CPU controls the animal then it should stay a number of feet away at all times, maybe the caster can set this when he summons the animal by saying it in a text option or so. And lets say a dog is tailing me, to ensure a better chance of mission success the dog should have some kind of movements that make it hard for the players to see.

-Of course there is always a chance the player being tailed or attacked will notice the animal doing your bidding and will attack the animal or use his knowledge to his advantage. 

Jutsu Level:
Beginners may choose one animal to start out summoning with. And they can only summon 1 or 2 of that animal after they have signed a blood contract with it.

Novice may summon 4 animals and summon 2 different species which may have more abilities, the abilities of the animals grow in correspondence with the caster's ability/level.

Intermediates can summon 6 animals and, they can summon 3 different species of animals at the same time.

Master's may summon 7 animals and can summon 4 different species. Meaning there should be four windows. One on each corner.

Experts may summon as many animals as they choose and may summon more than 5 different animals. There should be one window in each corner with a response to replace one of the windows. For ex: If I'm an expert and I summoned A Frog, Dog, Bird, Fish, and a wolf. I could only see 4 windows at a time meaning, I could only see the first four animals that I summoned which are the frog,dog,bird, and fish. After summoning the wolf, I can't see it but there wud be an option to replace one of the windows with the Wolf's window. 
 
You can also change the animal's command while in spectate mode or while your in mini window spectate mode. You can specialize a certain number animal to a certain command, for example: If I summoned 2 dogs, I may order one of them to tail someone while the other stays behind and follows me. This works by utilizing cmmands in spectate mode or in mini window spectate mode, you can switch to Dog #1 and command them to tail an opponent, and then switch spectate mode to Dog #2 and command it to stay back, or follow you.

Chakra Nature:Any

Jutsu Range:Depends on what type of animal you have, and the animal's abilities.

Effects if hit: The stronger the caster, the stronger the animal's hits will be.

This is a good idea except for the way it is triggered. First of all, being able to stun everyone in a forcefield might be too strong. I think to change that, you should either have to "prepare" it for some time or it should give off a visual indication (mist or dust maybe?). Also, genjutsu is normally triggered by affecting one of the five senses (I don't know which one would be affected by an invisible forcefield). But the illusion itself is probably not that hard to make. Nice idea

lol thanks, the forcefield is not huge tho... check out the link in the description, i editted it in, the forcefield cud affect either sight or touch, since the genjutsu only works if the forcefield touches the person, it covers a tiny air space around the caster.

I have about 100 jutsu planned to write up and was going through the entire jutsu thread to see if any were already posted when I found that jawillia posted some of the medical ones.

However, jawillia made all his jutsu grant permanent buffs, whereas I was planning to have temporary buffs.

Will the permanent buffs be implemented or are they a too OP? (A medic could just cast it over and over until anyone is immune from poisoning, burning etc.)

Jutsu name : (I cannot think of anything)
Jutsu type : Ninjutsu (maybe you will say nitaijutsu but it is not as it is the chakra that attacks and defends)
Jutsu description : A chakra shield appears around you from which you can emerge a hand that attacks pr grabs somebdy.You can control the hand with the mouse by holding a certain key. The look and and the usage are very very similar to Susano.
Jutsu level : Intermediate
Chakra nature : Depends on the chakra nature of the user
Jutsu range: The hand has a base range of 6 meters
Effects if hit : Depends on the chakra nature of the user.

This sounds like an involuted version of susanoo.
I would suggest a modification: Summon a golem withoutlegs that surrounds you and can attack. While this is activated you can't move, you can only melee attack using golem's hands. The golem will be made of your first element type of chakra, and depending on this, the golem will have different stats. For e.g.:
Wind- When you approach wind golem you are pushed back thus he is immune to melee attacks. Isn't immune to jutsus, the jutsus deal less damage than they should.
Fire- Can be attacked using melee but it receives less damage. While the attacker is near the golem, he get's continuosly damage from the fire. Isn't immune to jutsus, the jutsus deal less damage than they should.
Earth- It has a very powerfull armor, the melee and jutsus deal no damage but it cause the golem to erode causing the destruction of the golem after a certain amount of attacks.
Lightning- When he is attacked melee, the exactly amount dealt by the attack is recieved by the attacker. Isn't immune to jutsus, the jutsus deal less damage than they should.

A circular pillar of earth rises from the ground, no damage is caused - the target(s) is just lifted into the ground. Can be used for offensive/defensive reasons.

No damage.

Range, area of the pillar, and the height of the pillar increase with use.

Jutsu Name: Earth Pillar: Descension
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu
Jutsu Description: A pillar of earth falls upon a selected area.
Jutsu Level: Master
Chakra Nature:
Jutsu Range: Low to Large
Effects if hit:
Once cast, the user is immobile for a period of time. During this time, if damage is taken, the jutsu is cancelled.

While, immobile, the user is using their chakra to form a large pillar of earth above a selected area. This is then dropped, causing tremendous damage. Extra damage against defensive water jutsu.

Earth damage.

Range, area of the pillar, and the damage inflicted increase with use.


All of the above Pillar Jutsu experience double the buff or debuff from "Elemental Weather Jutsu"

This is because they are direct interactions with the environment/weather.


Elemental God of Death Jutsu (welp dat name tho)

The following jutsu are basically a combination of the above Elemental Pillar Jutsu and the "Elemental Weather Jutsu". Both jutsu are cast back to back but at the Master level of each. The advantage of this is that more damage is caused by the pillar jutsu. This is because the Pillar Jutsu experience a triple buff, instead of the normal double buff.

Both the corresponding Pillar Jutsu and Weather Jutsu must be maxed out to learn these.

Oh, and it requires at least 3 people to be cast.

Jutsu Name: Fire God of Death
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu
Jutsu Description: It becomes incredibly sunny. Like hot. Almost immediatly, a pillar of fire falls from the heavens upon the area.
Jutsu Level: Master
Chakra Nature: Fire

Initially, user casts Drought, selecting their desired range, buff, debuff and duration. Once selected, Fire Pillar is cast over the exact same area that is in a drought. The buff from Drought is tripled with the Fire Pillar.

Requires 3 individuals to have cast the jutsu within 5 seconds of each other.
All 3 individuals must have reached the level of 'Master' in both Fire Pillar and Drought.
Any more than 3 individuals will not increase the effects, but the chakra consumption will be spread out.

Jutsu Name: Water God of Death
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu
Jutsu Description: It starts to rain heavily. Almost immediatly, a pillar of water rises from the ground upon the area.
Jutsu Level: Master
Chakra Nature: Water
Jutsu Range: Large
Effects if hit:

Initially, user casts Rain, selecting their desired range, buff, debuff and duration. Once selected, Water Pillar is cast over the exact same area that is affected by rain. The buff from Rain is tripled with the Water Pillar.

If the justu is cast over a body of water, the chakra consumption is reduced by half.

Requires 3 individuals to have cast the jutsu within 5 seconds of each other.
All 3 individuals must have reached the level of 'Master' in both Water Pillar and Rain.
Any more than 3 individuals will not increase the effects, but the chakra consumption will be spread out.

Jutsu Name: Lightning God of Death
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu
Jutsu Description:  The sky gets very cloudy, (it might rain a tad bit) there are numerous, loud, claps of thunder with flashes of lightning. Almost immediatly, a pillar of lightning falls upon the area.

Effects if hit:

Initially, user casts Thunderstorm, selecting their desired range, buff, debuff and duration. Once selected, Lightning Pillar is cast over the exact same area that is affected by Thunderstorm. The buff from Thunderstom is tripled with the Lightning Pillar.

Requires 3 individuals to have cast the jutsu within 5 seconds of each other.
All 3 individuals must have reached the level of 'Master' in both Lightning Pillar and Thunderstorm.
Any more than 3 individuals will not increase the effects, but the chakra consumption will be spread out.

Jutsu Name: Wind God of Death
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu
Jutsu Description: It becomes very windy, trees flapping everywhere, numerous tornadoes, debris and babies flying off in every direction. Almost immediatly, a pillar of wind falls upon the area.
Jutsu Level: Master
Chakra Nature: Wind
Jutsu Range: Large
Effects if hit:

Jutsu Description: A sandstorm ensues. Almost immediatly, a pillar of earth falls upon the area.
Jutsu Level: Master
Chakra Nature: Earth
Jutsu Range: Large
Effects if hit:

Initially, user casts Sandstorm, selecting their desired range, buff, debuff and duration. Once selected, Earth Pillar:Descension is cast over the exact same area that is affected by Sandstorm. The buff from Sandstorm is tripled with the Earth Pillar.

Note: Earth Pillar: Ascension is not casted and there it also doesn't benefit from the Sandstorm buff.

Requires 3 individuals to have cast the jutsu within 5 seconds of each other.
All 3 individuals must have reached the level of 'Master' in both Earth Pillar:Descension and Sandstorm.
Any more than 3 individuals will not increase the effects, but the chakra consumption will be spread out.
