Effects if hit:Ninjutsu and Taijustu attacks are neutalized; kunai, shuriken, etc. thrown at the user are reflected. User receives increased damage  if used against fire-style attacks and air barrier is neutralized.

1º i have read a great part of the postes and i think there is some great ones, i think we can create a unique taijutsu for every element like raikage.
2º i love the ideia of almost all original going to put some ideias here.

Jutsu Description: A large number of lightning strikes appears around the user, with the only safe spot being a 2 meter radius around the user.

Effects if hit: Target recieves a large amount of damage, and there is a chance he/she gets stunned for a number of seconds. Anyone within the area of effect can be hit.

Effects if hit: Target immobilized, slowly drains health of target. Consumes medium amount of chakra for novice users and less the more advanced one becomes with the technique. Caster cannot move while jutsu is in effect which leaves them open to attack

Jutsu Descriotion: Creates a thick, dark fog which drains chakra and life from opponent
Jutsu Level: Master or Expert
Chakra Nature: Air and Water or Kekkai Genkai (haven't decided)
Jutsu Range: Short to long, depending on skill with technique
Effects if hit: Target is immobilized and loses a constant amount of health and chakra, the caster is also affected by this jutsu if caught in the target area. Costs a decent amount of chakra to cast. Anyone caught in the area loses 50% visibility. Genjutsu in the target area will not work.

Jutsu Description: The user combine water and earth element, touch the ground as if he was casting a doton wall and then multiple bamboos spout out from the floor like waves/bushes, hurt the enemy and skewered him.
Jutsu Level: I guess it's at least for expert because it's a kind of bloodline power
Chakra Nature: Doton+Suiton (earth and water)
Jutsu Range: It's a medium range jutsu.
Effects if hit: We can imagine that the ninja pierced by bamboo can be paralyzed or slowed.

Jutsu Type:Kenjutsu

Jutsu Description:
The user of this jutsu focuses a very large ammount of chakra into his sword.After a few seconds of preperation,he runs forward,while slashing everyone in his path with a single sword slash.While charging the attack,the user is a bit slower than usual.Getting stunned,knocked back,knocked down or getting hit by a strong attack,will interrupt the charging process.After the attack is ready,you move a bit slower and it constantly consumes your chakra slowly,until you unleash the attack or run out of chakra.
Unleashing the attack will exhaust the user(drains a bit of his hp,makes him slower,receive more damage,do less damage,and having no chakra or health regeneration for 1 minute).
The reward for all this is a high ammount of damage done to the enemy,a long range and covering a large area with the attack.

Jutsu Level:Forbidden Jutsu(because it can kill the user and/or leave him defenseless for a short ammount of time if he isnt careful.Also,this jutsu can cause massive destruction)

Chakra Nature:Depends(can be charged with the power of 1-2 elements,for a higher chakra cost.fire could add a burn effect.lightning could stun,earth could knock the opponent away.fire+lightning could burn and stun the target,and add a knockback....good chance to be creative)

Effects if hit:A massive ammount of damage and various status effects,depending on the elements you used.

Jutsu Description:The user kicks the opponent in the air,jumps after him,and impales him midair,pulling the sword out after landing on the opponent.
