Jutsu Description: User taps the opponent's stomach to put some of his/hers chakra into the opponent's.
Chakra Nature: N/A
Jutsu Range: Melee
Effects if hit: This technique is only used if the user of this skill knows they have no chance against his or her opponent. When the user of this technique dies, his opponent will switch souls and will be brought back to life while the opponent takes the position of death. This technique may also be used if the user wants to switch health with his/hers opponent.

Shouldn't the regular fireball jutsu be a novice move, and the great fireball be a medium tier move? Just speculating.

Now that you say , yes that makes sense , but I was thinking that the great fireball jutsu was the same as the fireball jutsu just that you can charge it.

Think of it kind of like the 3rd hokages shadow shuriken jutsu except they are all real and being controlled, or if you play MKX the Kung Lao variation where he spins his hat around him and can either use it defensively or in a combo that was what was in my head what do you think

Aoi does have a point, to be honest. The developers are already going to know about the most common jutsu in Naruto. This place is somewhere to come up with some inventive stuff that could be added to the game.

I think that this shield should only be able to be put on allies that have the lightning element as one of their elements to allow them to use it without taking damage. Otherwise, I'd say that anyone else should take a very small amount of DoT from this.
