Tournaments and Wars

Will the villages host tournaments and and how will they decide where to host tournaments and what will the prizes be. One more thing will there be war among the villages like in Naruto they have the Great Ninja Wars.

I think wars shouldn't be official like a Great Ninja War, I think just like the Chunin Exam, there should be an excuse for a war where everybody or maybe just specific villages fight to keep balance.

Wars will probably be like any other MMO wars, they won't be official, you can call it whatever you like. But if it's an event, that might change. There might be scheduled wars/battles/fights/tournaments that are official. I think there will be a lot of fighting, as there are many people with different personalities and ideals that will clash.

I dont know about wars but i think events like the chunin exams should be scheduled. I also think it would be interesting (taking this idea from DBZ) if there was a world martial arts tournament (or the naruto equivalent).

I'll go ahead and give my two cents.

From what I have seen, the developers are trying to create a realistic game, am I mistaken? In doing so, war and battles and fights are /going/ to happen. That's life. With that being said, I hope to see that there will be wars between villages, but in the end my opinion is coupled with the fact that they are making it to where people vote for their villages Kage. In doing so, this sends the game into a whole other level of realism in the sense that the future of the game and everyone in it is held within the hands of the players who are the Kages. If they decide to declare war on another village, so be it. Let the war rage on! If they wish to seal an alliance with another village, so be it. Let peace engulf the land!

So yea, to answer the question, there might be tournaments, that's a good idea it adds to the game, lets people show off their skill without death being the result. You should add it to the suggestion section if it isn't already there! About the war thing, I can almost guarantee that there will be wars in the game, whether it is due to players or due to the higher ups.

Something just came to my mind.
Lets say two enemy villages can set a war somewhere in the forest outside villages (obviously). example:
Hokage just sent a message to the Raikage about a setting a field battle at some location on the forest, when the raikage accepts, both villages may send messages to the ninjas from that village, telling the people to join to the field battle at the location.
But maybe that'd be too much organized, they may just attack a village or something more "primitive".

I don't think wars are that organized between the fighting sides. They aren't going to organize a war for kicks, because the villages would lose good shinobi. If there is a war, it would be one village attacking without the other one knowing.

Both villages would know what is coming and when it is coming because of people and double agents talking. These wars could take place anywhere. And a village could actually be raided and completely taken over in a sense where the conquerers can appoint a new Kage.

You say 'just like that' as though the village would just give up immediately. Would you, because I wouldn't.
Vreg is making this game both realistic, and accurate to the Naruto world, both of which has occurred in each world. The Uchiha clan planned a coup d'etat, sadly resulting in their massacre, but still, it could have happened. The same could go in the game, if one village conquers another, that A- won't be easy and B- coup d'etat will spring alive. I am sure people will be resistant and 'fight the power'.

Well vreg came up with an idea tht he was talking to me and a few members in the chat box saying tht there will be a few god like NPCs a little like madara's strength but weaker and so there will be a good chance of a great ninja war more like an event tht will make people/player join together from other villages to fight the gods but i wont go on much i think if vreg sees this or a GM they can explain more clearly.
