Can you destroy or take object's like loot PR can a paper bombs blast destroy a building and can you pick up objects thrown at you like kunai and such.

Destroy-able environment has already been discussed by Vreg and I, and apparently it's really hard to have it implemented and make it look great, make it re generate etc. So unfortunately it's very unlikely to have that.

Yeah I agree. I mean the game shouldn't be overfilled with content that's not necessary, I mean this game should run on normal PCs not only very high end PCs. Just my opinion

I believe this, but by the chance you guys do manage to implement the whole 'destroy-able environment' and it being able to 're-generate', it should only be in places far away from major villages.
To clarify/add onto my point: Let's say it's years and the game is flourishing, it's a massive game with a massive player-base. There is an extremely strong (If possible, but it's just for the immersion) group of shinobi, like the Akatsuki :)! They decide to get together and attack a major village to free someone from life imprisonment (If that's changed I don't know, but off the top of my head, how would that be done, the whole "Breaking someone out" thing? anyways). The group, we will call them Taka (another reference!). So Taka invades said village and throws paper bombs attached to kunai everywhere, boom boom boom explosions. This shouldn't destroy anything like buildings or roads because that would be too much of a hassle to fix, I am sure of it. I am also positive, possibly wrong, that it would strain the server or the game if there were bricks and buildings flying everywhere because let's face it, people would randomly throw paper bomb kunai everywhere because people are cruel. Back to my point, nothing in the village is destroyed, or at least nothing important like buildings or streets, etc. Taka gets their member and escapes, but oh no! they are being pursued.  After quite some time now, Taka decide they are far enough from the village to turn on their enemies, and a fight ensues. Maybe some more kunai paper bombs are thrown or some jutsu occurs and uproots/destroys some surrounding trees. I feel as though, being far away from a main village, those trees should be visibly gone, destroyed, maybe some wood on the ground, I don't know. Same goes with small towns or singled out houses or stuff.

TL;DR- Main villages shouldn't be destroyed, but far away in forests or small towns, singled out buildings or maybe another persons clans stronghold, would be destroyed if the jutsu is strong enough or paper bombs are placed. It'd add to the immersion of the Ninja world/realism of the game. This is only assuming you guys can and will add the destroy able environment. And if you guys do, and you make it regenerate able, then the rate/length of time it takes to regenerate should be one high amount.

The kunai/shuriken etc throwing should be like this: they are low to medium priced so they are not a tragedy to lose and when you throw it it remains there and can be picked up by anyone (if it hits a player it can be picked up only by killing that player or it disappears after some time) and i never liked the thing with this kunai has more damage cuz its  level 10 not 8,lets say that they have level requirements. for the damage/distange/speed thing i have come  up with these stupid ideeas:accuracy : the more accuracy you have the more straight goes and has armor penetration(if that will exist),the more strength you have the bigger damage dealt. :D accuracy is not in all mmorpg but in this i think it would be appropriate,we can raise stats with levels,also weapons and such thins should be  70% of what ordinary gennins use and 50% of what chuunins use  ;D hope this helps and dont judge my stupidity

by 70% of what gennins use i mean that they will not rely so much on jutsus as they are only gennins and will mostly use taijutsu and weapons :D

In my opinion we won't have level systems but Genin Chunin and Jonin  Along with these you have to train your stats through fighting and hunting or doing the actions required.

Yea,youre right thats the best ideea ,no levels just leveling up stats :D and I would love to be chuunin exams :D where gennins from the village gather and fight,The game should scale skillwise not itemwise :D i really believe this game will rock everything

Level requirements should be in the game, they are needed to restrict ones 'Over poweredness" at an early stage of the game, at Genin/Chunin level. In reality, a Genin/Chunin is not going to have a weapon so powerful that they will be able to defeat a Jonin. Besides, if there aren't going to be talking animals, tailed beasts, etc. then why should there be weapons with mass power?

In the end, there should be kunai, axes, regular swords, maybe some poison darts and a blow gun? There shouldn't be things like Samehada, Kubikiribōchō or anything like these.

I really thing there should be weapons like samehada,sword of kusanagi,zabuza's sword etc,these swords will be very strong but only 1 in game,the ideea to use weapons like theyr used in manga/anime is truly the best option because the game will be more about how many jutsu you know,how many chackra you have and other stats I think

There won't be anything from the anime/manga in this game, so specific weapons such as Samehada, Kusanagi, The Executioner's Blade won't be in the game. There will probably be some powerful swords if you are a high enough level.

If there are level requirements, I say let there be powerful weapons. However, keep it to a minimal/small amount. As I said about summoning, these weapons are special and extremely rare and should be treated as such in the game. They need to be less rare then a Kekkei Genkai while still being extremely rare.

not all weapons are rare tho, but there should be weapons similar to the hidden mist swords where theres only 1 of each in the world if thats possible
