 How would charka be obtain will it be regenerate overtime (if so what effect the speed of regenerate ) or consumable from item and Can u tranfer it to player in need of charkra 4 example a medical ninja in of charka.     Or both regenerate charka and consumable that boost the speed of regenerate .

Its probably a button you press to recharge. Not sure.

You will be able to restore your chakra by using foods and sitting down.

But, the more you play, the lower your max chakra will be. In order to restore the original level of your max chakra, you could rest
at a hot spring or get some help from a medical ninja.

A control will be there for focusing chakra, but that won't recharge it, it'll yield more power for your jutsu.

thats exactly what i thought how it would be in a naruto simulation. not able to recharge chakra with a button, but instead use consumables and u can focus chakra to become yield more power into ur jutsu.

Will resting to restore our max chakra potentially put our character out of commission for several hours? Will this be something I need to remember to do before logging off for the night? Or will my character automatically start to rest the moment I disconnect from the game?

There will be multiple ways of restoring chakra at different rates. The fastest way would be by sitting down somewhere and actively resting. The slowest way would be logging off.

Not sure if you already have your eyes set on what to do with the health, but I don't think anyone should have more health than any other players. Chakra maybe a different story, but the better you get at the game should be based off of training and skills. So, if you're better than someone it should be because of skills and time put into the game to advance your character, not because you have more health then your opponent.

even if u consume foods or resting is there a way to restore chakra by wearing some things like a charm
