Ryo is a very quiet, reserved young man. He is good at heart and wants to protect the ones around him. He is slow to embrace people but once he opens up to them he can be quite humorous.

He was trained in the martial arts from the age of 7 by his father, because of such, he excels at taijutsu. When Ryo was just 17, his father was taken from him by a man named "Lan Di". Ryo hunted Lan Di down and defeated him, but did not kill him because he had already dishonored him and he wanted Lan Di to suffer the fate of having been shown mercy. Since then, Ryo has continued to master his taijutsu and is working on his ninjutsu, although he has near no talent for genjutsu.
