How will taijutsu work?

How will taijutsu heavy characters work if there is no keybind abilities. I get ninjutsu, it has different handsign combos for different abilities, but how would different taijutsu skills be used? Would it be permanent buffs and combos?

I would be interested to see a system based around chaining hits and using taijutsu-based skills similar to the combat in Black Desert Online. I imagine it will evolve from the same skeleton as the game's current kenjutsu, just without the sword.
