Description of the character's personality: Tetsu is a lazy materialist. He does not like to engage in any sort of activities that will not benefit him, unless they give him some pleasure. He's very kind in interhuman relations, but he does not really comprehend the concept of morality. In his eyes, assassination is no worse mission than rescuing hostages, what makes society think of him as a cold-hearted person.

  Now that you mention it, he does look like him. I don't even like Kabuto as a character, so it wasn't intendent. But I'll go with this look for now.
