Need Help

So I'm new here and after i downloaded the game i started having some problems with it and i dc after a few seconds from logging in i wonder if it has to do something with where i live or its just the game

damn i don' t know. what computer do you have?
where do you live?
and maybe just delete the game and re-download it.

My best guess is the client is corrupted. Like Temi said deleting it and re-downloading should help. Other then that you can try normal stuff like restarting the system and clearing the cache. Please post here once you've fixed it

Okay what you need to do first of all is go to Start on your computer and search Temp than click "Change Temp settings and files" than click the Settings tab than View Files delete everything. Now when you run the game and you are on the log in screen press CTRL+ALT+DELETE at the same time and open Task Manager

Once task manager is loaded you need to highlight SLO right click than click Go to Details right click in details.. Set Priority change your priority to High.

Once you are ingame type into the chatbox /setGraphics Fastest exactly as its spelled with caps and all.
After you change your graphics the game will tell you to disable weather effects to increase FPS.. So type /disableWeatherEffects exactly as shown.. You can also type /unlockFPS and /setUISize 0.5 to help you load faster.

I hope these help you, other wise it would be your graphics card from the look of the screen shot.
