Sensing other shinobi's chakra

I am relatively new to the forum and have read a fair amount of the topics discussed as well as the FAQ, but I haven't seen anything about being able to sense another players chakra. This is a big part of a ninjas abilities and I was wondering if it be implemented in the game. It could be a skill that you could train and increases your senses as you progress, let me know what you think.
