Why is Kenjutsu so imbalanced?

Have you ever noticed when you're using Kenjutsu and your first swing doesn't take any but then the second takes like 3 times as much chakra out of you as the first one did?

Idk, have you noticed that 90% of all hits landed with kenjutsu AND wind arrow connect but don't register? Lel

Don't worry it's still early. They only just finished this basic Kenjutsu there are bound to be some bugs.
