Is fuinjutu going to be a thing in SLO or not? It would be really awesome if there was and I love fuinjutsu with a passion and would specialize in fuinjutsu if it will be in the game.

I think what you're asking for is a bit much at this time, considering we don't have a working kenjutsu yet.
Maybe in the faaaaaar future, maybe not

This has been extensively discussed in the forum and mentioned a couple of times here and there. I believe it will be implemented, But as stated above, fixing the kenjutsu is much more important as of now.

It would be an amazing if it could be implemented but I know that everything needs to be taken care of first.
