Hope you know that kkgs like sharingan or rinnegan won't be available in SLO final version. But nevertheless you can suggest some original kkg/jutsu or just take a look at the suggestions board.

like nyshn said, SLO is only inspired by the Naruto-verse and will thus not have similar, probably copyrighted jutsu, techniques and kkg. However, I do encourage any original ideas you can come up with for stuff as rare as the rinnegan you mentioned though, there is no guarantee they'll be used. Nevertheless it will be interesting to hear your suggestions, if you have any.
