How to get new jutus???

There are only five jutsu at the moment which you can see by pressing J.

New jutsu will be released in due time, please be patient. : )

For now there are only a select few jutsu that everyone can use, but do not fret; more get released in upcoming updates.

As for forbidden jutsu; Vreg has said that he plans on sealing them within scrolls and scattering them around the world with some obstacles to prevent retards from accessing limited powerful jutsu.
