Basically what i'm saying is all the people who voted you in their top 10 clearly put you lower down on their lists meaning you didn't receive as many points as the others received. 

According to the results Tsuna, 5 people put you in their top 10 however you were put in 10th place in 3 peoples lists and two of those 5 put you in 9th.


As you should know depending on where someone places you on their personal top 10 list they gain a certain amount of points.

1st place = 10 points
2nd place = 9 points
3rd place = 8 points
4th place = 7 points
5th place = 6 points
6th place = 5 points
7th place = 4 points
8th place = 3 points
9th place = 2 points
10th place = 1 point

so two people voted you in 9th place which equals 4 points
and the other three votes you received put you in 10th which equals 3 points

4+3 = 7 so you had a total of seven points which unfortunately wasn't enough to cut it onto the list.

But hey I guess that technically means you are the 11th best... so there's that.
