Purpose/Goals:An organization founded with the ideals of helping those held under thumb of tyranny. Robin hoods to a certain degree. Medical ninjutsu is greatly valued, as living off of the land and having a vast knowledge of medicine is helpful when looking out for people in potential danger. All forms of offensive and defensive fighting tactics are equally as valuable when looking out for eachother. Our ultimate goal is to live free, protect or pursue freedom for those without, and take care of those who disagree accordingly.


Unique features: Medical ninjutsu, kenjutsu, jonin level ninjutsu, able to gather intel on targets with ease.

I think you misunderstand Katakiuchi, we're not building a Tyranny, we're building a Monarchy-ish, and the land the Monarchy is in charge of will be all the 12 villages (Hidden Ocean included).

We're not tyrants. Only way to stop war = Make sure there are no 2 or more sides to fight the war.

And power to rule in the hands of humans  ultimately gets abused and  corruption of good intentions becomes  inevitable.  So uprisings will always happen until everyone agrees on a government that is incorruptible.

CM, I'm surprised there were no errors xD.

But, Katakiuchi being who they are, they won't let such things ruin what they've made, they'll immediatedly dispose of the "ringleader" or the source or whatever that's behind this, and show an example as to what that will happen if you choose to defy the law.

That's just the way I imagine Katakiuchi would rule.
