So heres my first photoshop project I guess, I literally didn't know how to use it tbh, but I did something

You haven't done bad with the character placement on the canvas. The only thing that doesn't seem right is the low quality background image. It would also be good to resize your image so it fits on the post.

i tried my best at ur request, ill make the other one as well but heres one tht i *tried* on. it isnt the best but i hope u like it for now

Mostly aimed at Tsuna.
The one you did for Toratsume was better than the one you posted before that, although some parts didn't make sense (i.e. at his hands with the tiger clipping through it.)
But just stay at it and keep practicing ^.^

It turned out quite good!
