Hmm, people would give a shit about you being a male or female, in my opinion it seems more than useless, genders aren't that important(at least for me), and if a person asks you about your gender you either say, male or female.
Besides, being homo could lead to a lot of h8, nevertheless you're still a male.
You can be a trans though you're still technically a male.
Gender doesn't equal sex. That's why there are more genders than there are sexes.
*Mind-crash*
"Trans-gender" seems very much a temporary substitute whilst a person *transitions* (thus "trans") from one gender to the other, after which they become male or female, whichever they've now chosen to be; if you want to get religious about it, then yes, they're *technically* not born that way, but then *technically* you'd have to start calling homosexual males women just because they happen to be effeminate in nature.
You cannot be "gender-less", because to be without gender is to state that you are neither male or female -- or as it is called alternatively, "trans-gender". You cannot be "pan-gender", because you'd have to be of all the known genders (male and female), which I believe makes you a hermaphrodite. Epicine alone came up with a definition equivalent for Pan-Genders
and "Effeminate Males"...why?
The majority of these look as though several groups of people couldn't figure out the difference between sexual preferences and genders, then disagreed over what they should call themselves, and finally split into more factions than all of the archaic Aegean city-states combined just so they could each feel special. You are special, everyone is special, but there's no reason to make this jumbled a mess of what should be a simple matter of personal identification.
The "selections" of genders should be the following:
Male
Female
Trans-gender
Hermaphrodite
If you
must make the most absolute differentiation between yourself and any known gender, then please, have your genitalia removed and label yourself a Eunuch.
If we're adding more genders, we should add the latter two on that list; if you care to further differentiate with symbols more closely *resembling* your birth-gender, I don't see much of a problem with having separate symbols for Hermaphrodite/Trans-gender Males/Females.
*And no, I don't mean to offend anyone on the matter, I merely want people to think with some common sense. If you really feel that you or a person of relation to you is somehow capable of being more defined than the above labels...then you really need to message me, because I find that hard to believe as anything more than a fallacy. And if you intend to argue that gender "in no way" describes a person's sex, please explain to me why we define "Trans-gender" as a switch between sexes.*
