He's trying to tell you to accept that "stealing/absorbing chakra" isnt something an average ninja, such as yourself, will be able to do. If you want to imagine what it'll be like while still using character from the original series, Imagine a world full of ninjas like Tenten, Rock Lee, Temari, Iruka, Ebisu and Sakura. All just regular shinobi... nothing "special" aside from how they choose to fight/specialize. No stealing chakra.  You use your own.

The only talented ones will be the ones who are talented in real life and are able to use jutsus in a way where it's just better than everyone else, and the ones that will have a random rare special genetic mutation like a kekkei genkai which will give them a special power. Something like taking the chakra of other people to increase your own is definitely possible, but something like that is going to be completely random and rare so you can't make plans based on the fact that you're going to be getting a special power like that.

For myself, i'll take this into consideration when the game gets released. If i was a missing nin, I Wouldn't want everyone to target me as hostile from the first day of the game's release..

there are never too many exiled/missing nin in the world. i personally would hate everyone to be good, if my village gives me a good reason to destroy them ill do it. but that probably wont happen as ill only do that if my dear friends get killed by my own villagers.
