Leaves 3 assassins and 4 shinobi - vote out one of them, then it's 2v3 - we gotta vote another assassin. Leaves 1v3, but assassin kills again. Then, we don't know who the last one is - and 2/3 chance of getting it wrong. Unless we kill cm and cm is an assassin, we have a 2/3 chance of loosing....
