I finally got round to updating the member list, I apologise to the new members for the delay (Technical difficulties on my end + uni + excuses)

Please let me know if I've left anyone out or if you spot any mistakes. Also big up @Manuster for keeping the org going while I was inactive, you deserve like a medal or something.

Lastly, I'd like to welcome the new monks to the org, didn't expect to see more applications and it was a nice surprise.
