Purpose/Goals: To help shinobi get better and to help Rōguhuntā by allowing people who show some form of promise rather than a random person just walking up and applying and wasting time.


Unique features: Hidden hill symbol has to be visible and the normal Rōguhuntā symbol as well.


Rankings:  Gakusei / student ( a basic member of the organization. Has no influence in organization affairs ).

Wind, Fire, Water, Lighting, and Earth style Genso kyōshi / elemental teachers ( mid-range member they have some influence depending on seniority and skill. They teach newer shinobi Justus depending on skill, chakra nature, and specializations. They can also recommend gekusei to be considered into rōguhuntā).

Heddo tantai kyōshi /head elemental teacher ( the most skilled person in subete no masutā. Has a large influence on organization affairs and test gakusei to see if they are rōgu-ready and deals with clan politics).

If some one decides to go rouge then depending on what they did will depend on the penalty I/E: if you just left then we will return you to your village (unless you have a valid reason) and we will try to do so without violence or if you kill someone expect no mercy



Btw I had to type this on my phone and this is mainly for the hidden hill clans Maindo (join this clan please ), Pawa-me (join this clan please as well), and Tsukegami(this is what the Maindo and Pawa-me clan will try to be ) and if this sucks help me out!
