Not into this kind of stuff rn but i would like to enter a gym like after an years or after a couple of years.
Aand i play soccer for a local club here....so my stamina is good as i can keep playing fir like 4-5 hours easily

True!! But ive been quiet busy with the studies and will be for atleast one more year....so im saving this stuff for later

Ah, well it'd be nice for you to join a gym by the end of next year if you're still willing to train your body.

You don't even need to go gym, if you can afford the equipment you can set it up at home.
I don't visit the gym, I train in my room.

And if you don't want to spend money on equipment you can do calisthenics with added weight. (Can be anything from books to rice bags)
However equipment is not that extremely expensive.

What's your pb for your sunday run?
It's not really meant to be a timed workout but I keep track of the paces I hit and the fastest time on my watch for the run is 1 hour 14 minutes and 12 seconds. My best 5k is 16:07 and my 1500 is 4:03 those are the times i'm more proud of.

As I said, there doesn't have to be mass. Calisthenics(+intense workout) are not the way of gaining mass, but definition of muscles.

So Mars, you won't look like any of those 2 guys with the two ways of training. You have to set your body-type goal and then find the type of training for that shape.

This is something I agree with, nowadays people train to 'look good', I think that's so vain. All that effort to look a certain way, the main reason I train is to be and become stronger, the good looks is just an extra. This is why I do powerlifting instead of body building, body building is all about looking a certain way while powerlifting is about strength.

I have to train for speed not for strength. Also, another purpose is to build my entire body-spirit harmony, so no excess.
But either ways, both come from working your muscles, doesn't matter the reason why you do it, for a better look, for strength, resistance etc.

Exception: if you use pills and become a puffed piece of rice who has chest circumference of 2 meters and can't open a jar.
