That is fathers job to mine the Limestone(He loves limestone). As he is from a less pureblood line of The Igarashi Clan, so he treated with little respect from clansmen with a higher pureblood percent.

Shika had a big polearm himself, after all, and would not be put off by his father's braggadocio.
He taught himself tailoring so he could modify his clothing to suit this.
