History: This organization was created when Nagare Hano, a powerful bounty hunter from the Hano clan, realised not every danger can be faced alone. There are only a handful of shinobi that can match Nagare in battle, however taking entire organizations down is something even Nagare can't do alone. That was the primary thought behind Yasei no Ime's creation, to fight large rogue organizations with another large organization. Traders are welcome to finance our hideout (if necessary), and overall we accept just any type of shinobi as long as they're willing to fight for what this organization was created for. The total elimination of all rogue shinobi.
Purpose/Goals: We are an independent organization that will act according to what's happening in the world, if there are no wars, conflicts or other large scale events going on we will simply stay put and influence the world from behind the scenes by taking out high value rogue targets. If war seems profitable, we might even trick a kage into launching a full-scale attack on an organization or maybe even another village. We aren't evil or good either, we just do whatever we like to do, you may see bounty hunters like myself join forces here or people entirely focused on money work alongside each other. Despite being like this we will do our best to keep rogue shinobi from tearing the world apart.
Unique features: We wear black and darkish purple cloaks that have a claw mark in the middle (ripped open).
Rankings:
Taifu no Me: The leader of the organization, he dishes out the orders and leads the organization into battle.
Shokin Kasegi: The elite members who can hold their ground against S-ranked rogue shinobi. They make up our primary battle unit during full-scale wars and are comparable to the Taifu no Me.
Suiro: Only the best recruits will become Suiro, they each lead a group of recruits and supervise their growth. They can also suggest the Taifu no Me to make a recruit a Suiro. It has to be accepted by the Taifu no Me of course.
Recruit: After applying and getting accepted one will start out as a recruit and slowly work it's way to the top by doing progressively difficult assignments.

Rules:
1. Don't argue with higher ups.
2. Don't abuse your power, no threats etc.
3. Act only according to the Taifu no Me, even if other high members order you to do something.
4. Never leak any information to outsiders, this includes villagers, allied organizations and even kages.
5. Don't ever act on your own, even if you go in against our orders at least take someone with you. (you will still be punished if you neglect our orders unless your actions were more beneficial to the organization then our plans)
