Nibui will win this, because he is of the himitsu clan and he can use plenty of ninjutsu and summoning to evade and attack his opponent. Also use genjutsu to evade if needed be.

this is the most evenly  matched .....well ....match yet... It depends on the skills they developed at this point.
keiro has the speed to finish this early but he will burn out fast.
I'm going with nibui on this one.

I can't really be impartial about this fight.

Kaio has simillar stats as my character so it's hard to say he won't win.

Anyway, may the best win.
