How to join a clan on this site?

I was wondering how to join a clan on this site,i sawed some clan sare recruiting,and i hope to join one,but idk how. And do i need to have a character created to do so?

You don't necessarily need a character to join a clan, but most will ask your chakra nature etc, so it's a good idea to have an idea of what you wanna be. Most clans have an application set out in their page, or in a post below.
