Clan history: The Asuka clan was created originally as an unaffiliated clan. The founder had created the clan within the borders of no village, leaving them wandering for a place to call home. Eventually, they stumbled upon the Hidden Snow Village. A village that had little to no population at the time. But, more importantly, it was a village with no clans. Deciding that this would be the best starting point, the founder took shelter in Yukigakure, and slowly began to develop a respectable town within the village.

Unique traits: Most, if not all members of the Asuka clan have light blue eyes, complimented by their dark blue hair. They are also all relatively thin.

Strengths: All members of the Asuka clan must be proficient in at least one of the two chakra releases offered by the Hidden Snow [Wind or Water] before they can be considered a true ninja by the clan's standards. As such, all Asuka clansmen are extremely skilled in ninjutsu, with some also choosing to train in taijutsu (however, teaching such jutsu is not a lesson plan offered by the clan, so those choosing to train in such a thing must be trained by other clans).

Weaknesses: Due to being rather thin, members of the Asuka clan are somewhat weak in hand-to-hand combat, much preferring to keep their distance via their ninjutsu skills. Alongside that, due to neither of the two being offered by the clan, Asukas are not used to dealing with taijutsu and genjutsu. Finally, the Asukas are a very prideful clan, and value themselves higher than most other clans. This leads to dangerous cockiness in most members.

Rules:

1. Interactions with all other clans must be strictly platonic. Any form of romantic relationship with another clan will be considered treason, and will result in immediate banishment from the clan.

2. Training in any form of ninjutsu outside of the ones offered by the clan is also prohibited, and will result in immediate termination of the ninja's lessons (training in taijutsu and genjutsu is fine, but will not be acknowledged by the clan).

3. Rogue ninja will be hunted down and killed at the earliest opportunity, in order to protect the reputation of the clan.

Yes,but i think most people wont be a rogue.
If i have a clan,and someone in my clan becomes a rogue,he gets a chance to make up for that(depending on what he did so far).
If he doesnt use it,he lands on the KOS list.

Yeah, maybe. I included that rule (along with the other ones) because I wanted this clan to have a vibe of being stuck-up and concerned with being the perfect clan.

You can not pretend the others to be trained by other clans. Clans are not meant to have the role of training it's members, unless this is one of their priorities like in your clan, but this isn't something common really.
