Naruto/Naruto Shippuden~Good action, char dev/dialogue, and overall story and animation in general.
FMA~Despite what most people say, this is far superior to FMA:B, as FMA:B seems to just screw up everything FMA did first and then copies DBZ for the rest of the show. WARNING, a little bit after the first half of this show, and especially towards the ending, you might find yourself a bit put off by the way the story (but mostly the characters' characters) change.
Kiba~Want an original story, smart characters that stay true to themselves and are also affected by the events that happen to/around them, good animation, and some cool plot twists? Check this show out, you'll come to love it, as it's on par with Naruto Shippuden and is able to go over it at times. Fighting might not be the most flashy, but it stays true to the fiction at least and doesn't try to go over the top all the time. WARNING: If you're not a big fan of death, don't watch this, because a LOT of characters die in this show, ranging from main ones to minor ones. Then again, if you AREN'T a big fan of death...why are you watching fighting anime in the first place?
SAO/SAO2: SAO2 might lag a bit behind in terms of quality, but both shows are a good watch and I would highly recommend them. WARNING: After Season 1 of SAO, things get...really sexual...stereotypically speaking. Ladies may not like how the heroine is put up as a "damsel in distress".
FairyTale: I'll admit it, I originally ragged on this show as I thought it would be more for kids. However, once I actually started to WATCH it, I found it to be on par with the likes of Naruto and...at times...Naruto Shippuden. Doesn't go that deep philosophically like NS, but it's pretty funny to watch and has some great chars/action. The overall story arc is a hell of a wild ride though, so come prepared for that (especially with them constantly dragging around clones of Jellal...uhgg).
