Its not like me making a website, html is used pretty often.. even by regular members in other forums and stuff. Its just a graphic upgrade for my character which i cant make with only BB-codes becouse its limited like hell :/ but i get it. It is disabled for members to use html.

It's disabled for everyone to use on our forum for many reasons, instead everyone is allowed to use BBC (Bulletin Board Core).
