Clan History:
70 years ago, shinobi who took missions from all countries, trained and lived together for years. To establish a base that would be very secure from those who would exact revenge, found a place beneath the trees to stay hidden in the shade. The clan formally aligned with the Hidden forest village so that the forest would act as an extra protection. Even after this they continued to accept assignments from all locations, however they now were more subtle and careful if the mission required them to kill a hidden forest ninja. Some members felt loyalty for the village in the forest, and would have exposed some of the missions they had taken. The clan killed them before this could happen. Such a thing would be bound to disrupt the clan, so the leading ninja ruled that they would no longer accept missions that would endanger hidden forest shinobi.

The clan lived on past that tumultuous time, training their members in the use of the Secret Amigake-do techniques. Also in tracking, concealment, using genjutsu and ninjutsu to confuse the enemy or change your shape. The younger generations called themselves Amigake, instead of using the full Amigake-do.

In recent times as more missions are done alongside village shinobi, some debate teaching their skills outside the clan help the overall health of the village. Those who voice such things soon begin to receive very dangerous missions.

they have developed a few common beliefs that run their society. 
Do not help cause large scale confrontation, to involve as little people with your work as possible.

Retreat is always an option on missions, unless you are fighting for the lives of your teammates. Then prepare a retreat if you must, as a team.

  Be generous and open, yesterday's enemy is today's friend, today's friend could be tomorrow's sucker.

  Try to show more loyalty to your clan, they are the true family that will support you, should clients and missions and other villages desert you. Should you pass information on the clan, or kill a clan member, you will vanish forever.

Strengths and weakness will depend on the member

Leadership consists of ninja who have completed ten b rank missions, without failure.  (The number is tbd and should increase/ decrease with the size of the clan)

Seems cool, I think we already have a wood-based clan and if you used a format I would think it would look a lot better.

I always look forward to more clans in the game so I wouldn't give it a negative!

For ideas I would say the beliefs category, like training that is specific to them, or customs. I really don't have any ideas but I think the more you make it on your own the better it'll look.

I few suggestions for the clan, Maybe making the Name a Last name that all clan members share? Also a creed for the clan to live by would be more assuring of the clan purpose or how they go about their missions.
