Should jumping in a fight take the same amount of chakra as chidori?

Should jumping in a fight take the same amount of chakra as chidori?
This would work by detecting if you've casted a jutsu within two minutes of the jump it will use the same chakra as chidori

This poll probably started because there are new people jumping around forever trying not to get hit.
I hate this as well BUT i just dont think making jumping deplete so much chakra is necessary or the right way...
Its a good poll though ^^
