Private Chat systems/Future idea

so here's the thing I've talked with a few others over Skype and i asked them "how cool would it be if there was like a group chat system" for instance if you only want to talk to friends you could create a private chat-ingame.. that would enable you to invite people in the game to your private chat so you could talk---this would go great for team on team battles---even VR it would go nicely---

now after private chat it would also be cool if there was voice chat it makes it easier on the player so people wont argue as i have seen in game people state "i was clearly typing and you hit me and now im dead stop playing unfair"


now here's the layout of how i think you should roll out private chat systems

stage 1: when we get alot closer to DM release add Private chat were you can add people to chat with for team on team battle

stage 2: On DM release add Voice chat it will make less arguments people won't complain on "i was typing and you killed me"

that's just how i think you should release group chat and voice chat-(if your going to support voice chat)



and one last suggestion i don't know about this but ill say it...the Arma 2,3 position based voice don't know if you thought of this but its an option too


secondly what does everyone think about this idea of both private chat systems and voice chat systems?

and voice chat system there is Program name  team speak   you can do a room and talk with your friends even in the game i have play a lot mmo games and i can talk voice it is good Program^^

true @Mars i want voice chat.....and for @Sanji  yeah i used to have of teamspeak but everyone might not have it im about to get ventrilo and team speak both are really good for MMO gaming but i also want to see if SLO will have its own Voice communication ! also @Leebz we all should either decide for Himitsu what chat program we will use and we still have to figure out who will even be using a mic, I think we all need to talk about it! or we just use skype BUT skype has alot of dropped calls when you MMO gaming Sanji do you agree? -(skype has alot of dropped calls when your MMO gaming)

i agree is gona be wierd going from text to voice with your friends that you just type with its gona be very very wierd i dont know about you but im also a lil shy when it comes to this.....for example me and my Friend Ian were Xbox buddys right well after that we both got skype and we said "what the hell why not we will turn on our web cam ect ect" but after that me as shy as i was coverd my face and he just sat there on his web cam with a smug look like WTF!?!? thats what you look like....first time we ever video chatted and after that we became even greater friends
but this was years ago tho back in 2011 XD

When I have internet friends I create an image in my head of what they look and sound like. When I end up skyping them they never live up to what I imagined, it's not really bad it just makes you think of them differently in a sense.
The only exception to this is Leebz, for some reason he looked and sounded exactly how I imagined.

I recall that voice chat is already planned.

And... I don't know what to say about the private chat... of course something similar has to be in game, but this way a part of the realism will fall with it. No more secret plan, intel and important info will exist because they will be simply told from one person to another via this chat without any risk of draining the info on it's way.

maybe the message will be like in scrolls, if you're right next to the guy you're private chatting, then it will be like a whisper, and if it's a guy that's far away, you send a scroll that can be taken and seen while it's on it's way by another person, if they have the skill to intercept said messages, and it'll be hard to get these messages, since you won't know where the scrolls are and how they are being transported. But then again, Maybe Private chat won't be a thing for people far away, and just a message, which might work like I mentioned above, so it'd be safer to travel to the person and deliver the info in person.

It isn't realistic that way, you just type what you want to and they get the message, just them, local chat might be like talking, but what about people who are far away? you can't just do a mind jutsu to tell them what you want to..... oh wait..... xDDDD Either scrolls or going to a mind jutsu specialist and telling the person the message and the person who you want to say the message to, For in-game currency ofc.... but Scrolls seem more realistic, since the Yamanaka mind thingy is a clan jutsu.... who knows though

Voice chat is coming very soon, probably after the new jutsu update. Private organization, clan and team messaging are planned.
