I don't get this post.. It's titled black hole jutsu and then you talk about renaming the Rasengan after a sun? I'm confused.. And isn't the Rasengan a wind style jutsu? What does it have to do with a sun that is a star, hot, fire and bright :S

I think you should post your idea in the jutsu creation topic,the description of the jutsu. Also, i don't think we can use the name "Rasengan" due to copyright.

I think what he meant was that after a sun blows up/collapses a black hole is created and black holes suck everything in which is how it's related to wind. "The Rasengan After the Sun"

Rasengan isn't a wind style jutsu, it's just chakra. It was created with the intention to combine one's nature element to it giving it the possibility yo be any element.

Probably too OP if a Black Hole Jutsu is implemented into the game lol, but yeah Something like Rasengan will be renamed and put into the game, maybe!

You know, you could just ask for something like that quick-sand-esc technique used in Naruto/Naruto Shippuden. It simply creates a swirling whirlpool effect within a certain radius, dragging captured foes into it. That could work and would be a LOT less OP than a black-hole--which, to be honest, would have the capacity of eventually destroying an entire world...due to the nature of black-holes--is, but would still do an effect that is relatively similar to that of said gravitational vortex.

Would this work in replacement of your former idea? If so, please post it in the jutsu topic.
