Description of the character's personality: Hiashi is a shinobi that will do almost anything to get his way. Most of the time that means help his village, but he will not follow the will of the kage if he sees the village will not be helped. Hiashi is a Jonin level ninja so, He is a master at Ninjutsu and has huge chakra reserves. His Taijutsu is  average for a jonin, but he makes up for it with his high level Genjutsu.

Description of the character's history: As a child Hiashi  was always an outsider. He was the strongest ninja in his academy class, but never showed it because he didn't like all of the attention. At the age of 13 his mother and father died from an attack on his village. It was that day that he decided that he would be an avenger, but one that took more of a righteous path, instead of being power hungry and self destructive.
