Chakra Recharge

I think there should be a way to charge up chakra. But this will increase your chakra very slowly. This make it so that if you're out of chakra, you don't have to wait As long for your chakra to replenish.

Although, i don't see the point of it if it's 'very slow', should be a decent amount of speed it regens at, also you should have to stand completely still for it to work.

Yeah if its too slow then what good would it do although i see where Straw is coming from.

This has been suggested before by Isis

I was thinking maybe it would be nice to have a chakra regaining mode. Where basically the character just sits down and regains chakra at a higher rate, without being able to do damage, move etc etc.
