So after testing the current game build, please do not hesitate to leave your suggestion about what you think would work best, resulting in a balanced gameplay.

Chakra recharge rate: 16.66667 / second (aka 1000 / minute)
Jumping chakra: 100
Dodging chakra: 100
Running chakra consumption / second at maximum speed: 50
Running chakra speed threshold (when we start consumption and build up to full consumption when reaching max speed): 50 km/h
Chidori damage: 200
Chidori chakra: 200
Chidori idling chakra consumption / second: 50
Chidori impact force magnitude: 20 Newtons applied over the course of 1 second
Chidori speed coefficient: 0.5 (how much your movement speed affects damage and impact force, 0.5 means chidori will deal 300 damage if you're running at full speed)
Fire breath damage / second: 40
Fire breath chakra consumption / second: 40
Fire breath idling chakra consumption / second: 20
Fire breath impact force magnitude: 5 Newtons applied over the course of 1 second
Fire breath speed coefficient: 0 (how much your movement speed affects damage and impact force)
