Being completely developed on Ninjutsu part doesn't mean you can't stretch your arm in someone's face, just that you suck at it. Like Shino, he was a loser at tai.

I'm not suggesting a Shino situation, I'm talking about a Rock Lee situation, where you basically can't use the other types of jutsu due to almost 100% failure rate

As some of you may have heard, instead of the overpowered Rinnegan-like visual prowess, I decided to go for something less powerful (but much more awesome) so that SLO can be more challenging to me.

Eyes of a Thunder God (name subject to change) will be the visual prowess my character will posses, it will still be the strongest power in SLO but not on the level of a Rinnegan. The strongest forbidden jutsu in SLO would come close to my power.

My primary fighting style will be a combination of my lightning chakra nature, my visual prowess' thunder ninjutsu and kenjutsu.
